San Nicola Arcella
San Nicola Arcella is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful tourist centers on the coast of Cosenza, perched on top of a natural lookout that juts out over the sea from a considerable height of over 100 meters, with the unmistakable shape of the island of Dino in the distance and with a magnificent frame of mountains that seal with their sharp profile a magnificent panorama that extends over the entire Gulf of Policastro. Going up to San Nicola means embracing the coast between Capo Scalea and Maratea with a single glance, admiring extraordinary sunsets that at the end of each day will seal the best memories of your holiday. And the sea has a lot to offer, with beaches, rocks and some caves that make this area among the most varied of the Mediterranean, including a rock that forms a large arch. The beach of Canalgrande remains flanked by a cave and rapid rock walls and with the top to dominate the profile of the historic city center. One of the most famous attractions is the arc of the coast with the beach called la Marinella and the inlet of the port natural product from the promontory on which stands the 16th century defense tower.
